Stats driven - home/property unseen not recommend for serious sellers. (Standard most agents and discount brokerages use - a guesstimate)
Home visit combined with our local neighbourhood knowledge using both LSTAR current market stats and the MLS - HPI software. (recommend)
To complete a researched in-depth CMA, we will need to hear from you and a guided tour of your home. Then we can complete a true CMA.
